This delightful event combines the powerful resonance healing of a sound bath with the breath, movement and meditation of yoga. This combination enables each student to discharge excess, stuck and unwanted energy collected in the body, instilling a deep sense of awakened peace. It is both grounding and energizing. Hands-on assists and Reiki is offered throughout the class to support heartfelt healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
