The classes are taught “live” and “recorded” so you can practice at any time that works for you. You do not need to participate in the "live" class to complete the challenge. It is all available online.
Each session will include:
- “A Centering Thought for the Day”
- Asana Practice
- Guided Meditation
- “Closing Circle: Centering Intention for the Day”
Here’s the "live" class schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 60 minute practice, 6:30 – 7:00 am
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 30 minute practice, 6:30 – 7:00 am
- Sunday: Day of Rest and/or Practice on your own using the “Video Resource Library”. The Centering Thought for the Day, Asana Practice, Guided Meditation and Closing Circle Intention will be posted on the E-Learning site. You have unlimited access for 22 days.
